Returns
If an item received is not what you thought it would be your never out of luck! Items may be returned for a full refund to our Canadian office within 30 days of receipt. Items may be returned within 30 days to our US warehouse with a 20% restocking fee. All refunds are less shipping and handling. Please email sales@surrey-trading-post.com for more information.
Pricing
Our prices are low because our overhead is almost nil. You are not paying for a fancy store, hard sell sales people, or expensive advertising. We pass along the savings to you!. All items are shipped from our distribution center in Florida direct to you. We do not pay for additional storage or additional shipping. We ship it once, to you. Please note all prices are in USD (US Dollars)
Wholesale Pricing
The Surrey Trading Post is pleased to offer wholesale pricing to our valued retail partners. The program is quite simple. A one-time order of $500, or more, (pre shipping) is required, or a bulk order of 5 or more of the same item. We will then rebate you back 10% of the order, and all orders thereafter of $100 or more, will be eligible. Please note that returns will also be subject to 10% on any credits issued. Retail partners will also have a returns allowance of 5% of total purchases, less shipping and handling.
Warranty
We stand by what we sell with a 90 day warranty on all products. Purchase with confidence. Our warranty terms can be easily found and we make returns simple for the rare time a warranty claim needs to be made. Item's are covered against internal component failure. The warranty does not provide coverage for physical or impact damage, any kind of sand or water damage, required cleaning or maintenance, the performance of software, or consumables. Please note, for returns after 30 days please email for RMA# the online form is only applicable for DOA products (30 days or less). Extended warranty is also available through SquareTrade.
Fraud Detection
The Surrey Trading Post takes fraud very seriously and all orders are subject to security clearance, another way we keep our prices low! For this reason your item may not ship the day you order it, but rest assured, we are doing this for the protection of you, the online shopper.
Shipping
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding both Canadian and American holidays. Typical processing time is 48 Hrs, after that your order will be placed into shipping. Tracking numbers are available for most orders, if you do not recieve via email please contact us, we will be happy to look it up for you. When estimating delivery times please do not forget to add the processing time to the quoted shipping schedules.
Canadian Shipping
With recent increases in international shipping, a solution for Canadians who live in "border towns" may be to investigate any postal outlets that will receive packages and hold for pickup. For example, Blaine, WA has Blaine Enterprises and Point Roberts has The Letter Carrier (http://thelettercarrier.com/). Both will hold small packages (~25lbs) for $2. Please note that once the package arrives at a depot it is considered shipped and your responsibility to pick-up.

Discounts Dropship partners are eligible for a 10% rebate of all items sold and shipped via our website. This will automatically be sent to you via PayPal on the last day of the month, for the previous months sales. For example, sales in January, will be rebated back at the end of February. Please note that returns and adjustments are also subject to the discount and will be taken into consideration when your rebate is processed. The purpose of this program is to allow are valued dropship partners to remain competitive in a very tight industry.
